Teen Weight Training   (11 + yrs)

Learn the basics of fitness and gain knowledge of how to safely use the strength training equipment.  After participating in this 5-week program, teens will gain the privilage of using the Fit Centre.

Ballet for Beginners **NEW**     (4 - 7 yrs)
A beginner class introducing children to ballet.  Non competitive.
Saturdays, 12:00 - 12:45pm
Non-Members: $60

Hip Hop Dance **NEW**    (9 - 14 yrs)
An introduction to hip hop dance.
Saturdays, 2:00 - 3:00pm
Non-Members: $60

*MEMBERS: may join two registered programs per session and may take part in any drop in programs*

MARTIAL ARTS
Karate:
Wado Kai Karate Clubs A course for beginner and advance participants focusing on Wado Kai Karate skills and philosophies.
Kendo:
Japanese-style fencing. Participants wear armor and fight full-speed, full-contact using bamboo practice swords in a safe environment.
Judo:
A continuation of the Judo Basics with more emphasis of recreation versus competition.

GYMNASTICS
Basic Gymnastics: These classes introduce children to the very basics of gymnastics.
Advanced Gymnastics: These courses are intended for children who want only a basic orientation to gymnastics; not a competitive course. **Basic Gymnastics should be taken before Advanced Gymnastics
