Drop In Class Schedule

Walking Group **NEW**
Tuesday & Thursdays,  5:15-6:15pm
Join our YMCA volunteers on a brisk walk rain, shine, or snow!  We will meet in the lobby of the YMCA.  All speeds welcome!

Tai Chi
Sundays, 4:30-5:15pm
The slow and flowing movements will improve concentration, control, coordination and balance.  Harmonize mind, body, and spirit to improve well being.

Morning Circuit & Core **NEW**
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:30-7:360 am
A great workout that will work your core as well as your heart!

Drop-In Yoga **NEW**
Tuesdays, 12:10-12:50pm for a 40 min class or 12:10 - 1:10 for a 60 min class
A 40 or 60 minute yoga class.  No registration necessary, just drop in!  Space is limited, so come early!

IN THE GYM
Low Impact Aerobics: Low Impact aerobics class.
Cardio Combo: Combination of cardio, step, and weight training.
Muscle Sculpting: Toning-Abs/Arms/Legs/Back using various equipment.
Tai Chi: A mix of non-combative martial arts to focus on energy flow within the body (Sun Long Form).
Y Cycle: An intense group cardio class on a stationary bike

IN THE POOL
Aquafit: A 45 minute workout combining cardio and using water resistance
Aqua Step: A low to no impact aqua class using a step
