Land Fitness Classes

Athletic Circuit – Challenge yourself in this interval style, non-choreographed class to improve your stabilization, core and full body strength and endurance. A variety of equipment will help you stay energized and challenge your fitness level!

Cardio Circuit & Core – Enjoy a complete workout in one class! Cardio circuit and core is a circuit class that consists of 1 minute of cardio, 2 minutes of muscle strength and then a minute of core. This class is for beginners to advanced.

Cardio Combo – This is a 40 minute opportunity to challenge your strength, endurance and cardio fitness. A variety of equipment is used in this athletic, never choreographed, class. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced, options will be given in order that you might push yourself to the next level.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

Choreographed Step – This class is a choreographed steps class that incorporates cardio and muscle conditioning. It uses a step, stability ball and weights for an all around workout. Cool down includes Zen moves to leave you feeling rejuvenated.

Core Strength & Stability – This is a 40 minute class that focuses on Core! Using just a matt and ball, you can work all 4 of your abnormal muscles in this class as well as work on your flexibility. If your core workout needs some work, come out and learn some new moves!

Low Impact Aerobics – A class designed for older adults and incorporates walking, muscle strength and stretching. It is a low intensity class for all abilities to try!

Muscle Sculpt – Whether your goal is to increase your general fitness level, lose weight or get toned, any fitness program must include a strength component. Get blasted with 40 minutes of concentrated weight training, focusing on every part of your body to get the look you want!

Tai Chi - The slow and flowing movements will improve concentration, control, coordination and balance.  Harmonize mind, body and spirit to improve well being.

Y-Cycle –    An enthusiastic, intense cycling experience using climbs, sprints, and interval training that’s appropriate for those new to exercise, experienced athletes, and everyone in between. Don’t forget your water bottle! **Bikes are limited so grab a Y-cycle pass at the front desk**

Yoga – This Drop-in class improves your flexibility, balance, strength and relaxation skills using various postures and breathing techniques. A great calming & energizing workout! **Yoga Mats are not provided so please bring your own**

Aqua fitness Classes

Aquafit – A transitional water workout utilizing the various depths of the pool for all levels. The class includes a warm up, cardio section, muscle sculpt section with equipment, deep water work and a cool down.

Aqua Step - A challenging workout in both shallow and deep water.  This workout is great for those who want a more intense workout!  Great for all ages and swimming abilities.
